- +Is there parking at your dispensary?Yes! There is a parking lot adjacent to our building which offers free 20 minute parking. There is also street parking in the front of our shop on Main street and around the corner.
- +What are the hours of operation?Embarc Ventura is open daily from 9a-9p. Our last transaction is at 8:50p. Orders placed online at after 8:30p will be available for pickup the next day.

- +Can I use a debit or credit card at Embarc?We accept cash, debit and all major forms of electronic payment. There are also ATMs located in each of our stores.
- +Do I need to show I.D. to purchase marijuana at Embarc?You must be 21 years or older with a valid, government issued photo ID. Guests 18 and older must present a medical card along with their valid ID. Expired forms of ID will not be accepted.
- +How much weed can I legally buy in Ventura, California?California law allows you to purchase up to one ounce of non-concentrated cannabis (flower) and eight grams of concentrated cannabis.
- +Can I return cannabis products?No. Due to California regulations, we do not accept returns of cannabis products unless they are defective. If you experience a defective product, such as a faulty vape pen, please bring the product and receipt in-store for our review.
